Abstract (EN)

This study aims to investigate the effects of psychological resilience on performance and happiness among athletes. Psychological resilience is a critical concept that describes individuals' ability to cope with stress, make sound decisions under pressure, and overcome difficulties. The research focuses on the positive effects of psychological resilience on sports performance, as well as its contribution to athletes' overall life satisfaction. The study was conducted using literature review and survey methods, with participation from athletes engaged in both individual and team sports across various disciplines. The findings indicate that psychological resilience not only enhances athletic performance but also strengthens athletes' emotional well-being and overall happiness. The results of the research offer practical recommendations for professionals and coaches working in the field of sports psychology and emphasize the necessity of training and support programs aimed at enhancing athletes' mental resilience. In this context, the study aims to provide valuable contributions to both the academic literature and practical applications in the field
