Abstract (EN)

Developing of technology today brings to ensure the security of data in the digital media with it. Coding and steganography techniques include the solution techniques which are used to ensure this security. The soundness of those techniques are also tested with the analysis techniques. In this study, stag-analysis methods, which are used to reveal the hidden data within the picture files and sound files, have been examined and the results, which are obtained from those methods, have been compared. In addition, steganalysis techniques, software and approaches and chi-square technique have examined and explained in detail in this study. Picture based steganalysis method and sound based steganalysis methods have been examined in detail in this study and the soundness of those picture and sound based steganography solutions has been tested via software which was developed in this study. In addition to this, the picture, which is used in the steganalysis, software, which is recommended and used for the steganalysis, and outcomes, which are obtained as a result of realization of the cases that are developed for this software, have been compared. Chi-square attacking has been used for the testing of software and the outcomes have been assessed. In the obtained outcomes, when the picture based steganalysis has been used, the good outcomes have been obtained in seven pictures. However, in the noisy pictures, Chi-square attack was insufficient. Very successful outcomes have been obtained in the method which was developed in the sound based steganalysis. However, as being in the picture steganalysis, no good outcomes have been obtained for the sounds which included the prediction in the noisy sounds.
