STRATEGIC OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IMPACTS ON EMPLOYEE PRODOCTIVITY: EXAMPLE OF INC. ISPARK ABSTRACT Human resources has become very important as a strategic examination of issue for today's business. Changing internal and external environmental conditions and new management approaches it is required for businesses to pay more attention to the human elements. Businesses aim at transferring from a structure which they try to form in their selves with the policies of human resources management to another structure which is open to change and thinking strategically with a vision and forming the strategies of human resources policies. This thesis has studied the effect of strategic of human resource management practices on employee productivity. Within this framework, in the first part of the study it is described as strategy, strategic management, and human resource management and strategic of human resource management. The overall objective of this study is to determine the impact on employee productivity on strategic of human resources. Therefore impact on the productivity of employees in strategic of human resource practices were examined for ISPARK INC. For this purpose, the strategic of human resources application and the relationship between them has been studied. 190 staff who works at headquarters ISPARK INC. are questionnaire. It is described as a theoretical on employee productivity of strategic human resource. As a result; Strategic human resources management has been found to effect employee productivity in positive affect.
