Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, we can accept that ?change? is the most important concept of both managerial, political and social lives. And the nature of the word, ?the change?, includes bring the ?new? instead of the ?old?, or making innovations. The question of sustaining the continuity of organizational activities as well as the competitive advantage is one of the most discussed topics in management science. Innovations are amnog the most important means through which firms contribute to increased employment and economic growth. Striving to survive in the ever changing world, the capability to innovate has become increasingly crucial for virtually all firms. Developing of succesful new products is probably one of the unique most important managerial problem today. In this study; the first three chapters presents the tehoritical background, the last chapter, that is the fourth, includes the exploratory study.
