Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the perception of organizational stress and anger and whether there is a significant relationship between the organizational stress and anger experienced by the white-collar workers working in the plaza. The study group consists of 294 white-collar workers working in the plazas in Levent, Istanbul. In this study, Short Version Organizational Stress Scale and Multidimensional Anger Scale were used.In the analysis of data; Descriptive statistics are presented with frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation values. In order to compare the anger dimensions and sub-dimensions within themselves, the repeated Anova test and Sidak test were performed to examine the different dimensions. Correlation analyzes were performed to determine the relationship between anger dimensions and organizational stress levels. In the study, p values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 22.0 package program was used for analysis. It was found that there was a positive, strong and significant relationship between the organizational stress levels of the participants and the anger they experienced.
