Abstract (EN)

Acute renal failure (ARF) is characterized by the rapid breakdown of the kidney and the inability to eliminate waste from the body. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was estimated and the levels of diagnostic factors such as blood urea (BU), serum creatinine (Cr), creatinine clearance (CrCl), determination of serum uric acid levels, and the serum lipid values (TC, TG, HDL, LDL, and VLDL) were estimated. Total serum protein (TSP), albumin (Alb) in serum ARF. The lactate dehydrogenase enzyme was purified and the partial weight was calculated by electrophoresis. The linear relationship between lactate enzyme activity and biochemical variables were studied. The finding revealed a rise in the level of lactate dehydrogenase and no difference between age and BMI. The concentration of LDH and (BU, SCr, UA, TC, TG, LDL, and VLDL) were increased significantly in ARF patients. The CrCl, TSP, Alb, and HDL Levels were found to be significantly reduced in ARF patients than in the controls. The correlation between LDH activity and biochemical outcomes showed a positive correlation between enzyme activity and biochemical variables.
