Abstract (EN)
Being the primary source for Basic Islamic Sciences, the Qur'an is an indispensable to research in the subject. Aqidah, Fiqh and Akhlaq depend on the writings of the Qur'an. So, understanding the edicts and comprehending the meanings behind it is necessary to make righteous decisions. From the inception of Islam, Muslim followers tried to make sense of the Ayah and came up with methodologies in their endeavour. In the Tafsir school, riwayat and diraya are more prominent. While in the Riwayat school, the Ayah are explained through personal riwayats. In such methods, the Fiqh explanations of Ahkam Ayahs were formulated. Also in the inception phase, the Sufi schools based their conclusions on their daily lives, their own experiences, and inspirations they acclaimed through meditation. Thus, the Ramzi tafsir was conceived. The exegesis can also be viewed as an extension of the diraya. Through the various methods aforementioned, several scholars with unique world views and philosophies developed different ways to understand the Qur'an. Sufi scholars explained more of the Akhlaq and Amal Ayahs based on their own interpersonal lives. Although their reasonings upon the Ahkam Ayah are considered debatable by other interpretations. In the thesis, Investigation was done on these questionable ideas to either prove their validity or to make the claims more concise. And expand on the Sufi zaher accepted science (ilm), the Fiqh science to make their comments clearer. Through such explanations, the thesis aims to produce an inter-disciplinary base to further interaction between beliefs. This thesis comprises of an introduction and five chapters. Answers to criticism posed by other beliefs to the Sufi school are included alongside the history of Sufism, its independent goals, and its philosophies on humanity. At the end of the first chapter, the critical point being the clarification of debate points of the Sufi school and if their interpretations of the Ayah are validated.
