Abstract (EN)
In this study, novel acridinedione compounds including sulphapyridine that is a number of significant medicine grup as sulfonamide were synthesized. These compounds have been synthesized to the method that is known multi-component reaction (MCR) by using 5,5-dimethyl-cyclohexane-1,3-dione, sulphapyridine, various aromatic aldehydes in dimethylformamide (DMF) as catalyst HCl. Sulphapyridine acridinedione compounds were obtained high yield changing in betwen %72-92. The structures of the synthesised compounds were elucidated by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C NMR (APT) and HRMS techniques.
