Abstract (EN)

The Au-Sb mineralization observed in and around the boundaries of Sülüklügöl village, İnegöl county, Bursa province was evaluated geologically and geochemically, and all the studies and results were used in my thesis with the approval of the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration. The units belonging to the Karakaya Complex, which consists of schists of Permo-Triassic greenschist and blueschist facies, form the general part of the study area. Permo-Triassic Bogazköy metaophiolites are found in tectonic slices within the Karakaya Complex units. In mineralogy-petrographic investigations, ore minerals such as antimonite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galenite, limonite, hematite, magnetite, chromite, fahlerz group and Ti-group minerals, gangue minerals quartz, chlorite, sericite, fuchsite, calcite, ankerite, dolomite and graphite. Listvenitization, limonitization, sericitization and silicification are the alteration types observed in the area. Liquid inclusion analyzes indicate that 3 different hydrothermal phases with homogenization temperatures between 158-424 ºC and a salinity of 2.6-12.6% NaCl play a role in mineralization. The first mineralization is associated with graphite schist layers rich in organic components, the second mineralization is associated with quartz veins developing due to shear zones, and the third mineralization is associated with listvenitizations in fuchsite zones. In the geochemical analysis results, the low bismuth, base metal and Ag/Au values, higher enrichment of LREEs compared to ANTEs in samples with ore and compatibility of spider diagrams, temperature and salinity values obtained as a result of liquid inclusions, mineral and ore paragenesis data, Sülüklügöl Au-Sb mineralization presents tectonic-geological and geochemical similarities with the orogenic type gold deposits in the world.
