Abstract (EN)

Electron beam in energy range between 15 MeV ? 40 MeV from superconducting accelerators at TARLA (Turkish Accelerator and Radiation Laboratory at Ankara) facility, which is under construction, will be obtained regarding TAC (Turkish Accelerator Center) project. Infrared Free Electron Laser (FEL) will be radiated in 2,5 ?m ? 250 ?m wavelength range from two different optical resonators employing synchronised electron retardation. In this study gives details about the design of diagnostics table on which will be measured the time structure, intensity, bandwidth, pulse length, wavelength, power and frequency parameters of FEL. Apart from that, the set-up and properties of the measurement devices of the diagnostics and optical compounds are determined based upon being appropriate to TARLA-FEL. Especially, preparatory studies conducted for the autocorrelator system by using He-Ne laser. Therefore, the pulse length of the laser which is substantial parameter of Ti: Sa laser and SEL has been calculated. The experiments and theorotical studies in this thesis was carried out at HZDR - ELBE radiation source in Germany.
