Abstract (EN)

Published in 1908-1917, the magazine "Şûra" is one of the most important publications among Tatar newspapers and magazines published in the early 20th century in terms of the breadth of its subject, its content, the value it attaches to education, and the perspective of its writers on innovation. The magazine was published every fortnight in Orenburg. Its first issue was published on January 10, 1908. The last issue was published on 31 December 1917. Thus, 24 issues came out in one year. A total of 240 issues of the journal were published. In 1918, it was officially closed in January 1918 on the grounds of the "Decree on the Printing" of the Council of People's Commissars (1917, 27 October). The journal that we give general information about is the main subject of the thesis. Thesis; It consists of four parts: introduction, review, selected texts and conclusion. In the analysis part, Turkey Turkish grammar is based. Other vowels specific to Tatar were quite difficult to read. Studies examining the works of the period were taken as an example in reading vowels. The words in the review part are given with Arabic letters. The aim of the thesis; to show the common literary language together with usage examples.
