Abstract (EN)

It is very important for the establishment of the human resources infrastructure that the labor market has a productive structure and indirectly it can be passed to the value added production process in our country. Make economic growth sustainable; it is also true that in the history of economics it is a fact that the total revenue share of the industrial and service sectors is based on an increase in the share of highly efficient employment in total employment and the share of high value added products in total production. Jobs Education Programs (IEP), which has recently taken up its place in employment, and its impact on labor markets are deeply affecting the search for a sustainable employment model. This study assesses the workplace training programs and examples in the framework of the National Employment Strategy and the European Employment Strategy published in 2014 in our country. Estimates of the role of Occupational Training Programs, which are under the blockade of the labor market, in reaching the 2023 employment targets.
