Abstract (EN)
Agile Project Management (APM) has become a widely adopted approach in many organizations due to its ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. With the increasing importance of sustainability goals, the implementation of APM in alignment with these objectives has emerged as a critical necessity. Achieving success in agile project management within the framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) requires the systematic and scientific identification and prioritization of the obstacles encountered in this field. This thesis aims to prioritize the barriers faced in agile project management (APM) in the context of SDGs. To this end, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques were employed through an integrated application of the Delphi method, AHP, and TOPSIS. The proposed methodological framework enables a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of APM barriers while simultaneously contributing significantly to sustainability-oriented strategic decision-making processes. Within the scope of this thesis, a multi-criteria decision-making model comprising 8 criteria and 5 alternatives was developed, and this model was analyzed using the Delphi, AHP, and TOPSIS methods.
