Business process management maturity models and an organisation application

Business Process Management is based on management of all process in an enterprise to devolpment of their performance. It has a lot of advantages like consistent execution, it is make possible easily determination and solving of existing problems, increasing the productivity, integration facility etc. So, enterprises acquiring much more customer satisfaction and competitive advantage with business process mangement. Business process management maturity models are used to determine enterprise's business process management levels and guidelines to reach next maturity level. According to this models, the next maturity level means much more successful business process management execution and more successful results regarding business process management.
