Abstract (EN)
As the strength / weight ratios of the composite materials increase, their usage areas are gradually increasing. For this purpose, carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite materials started to be produced and their usage areas became widespread in time. In this study, two die is designed and produced to form pyramid lattice structures by the method of joining carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic (PP) filaments with each other under the heat effect. The produced lattice structure forms the core of the sandwich structure. The top and bottom plates of the sandwich structure are also carbon fiber reinforced and they are bonded to lattice core under heat effect The sandwich structures were subjected to 3 point dynamic and static tests and the results were evaluated
