Gaining a profession to Syrian refugees and examining the economic effects of this process

With the intense exposure of refugees, a new perspective has been brought to the issue of migration management in Turkey in recent years. In this direction, policies and practices are regulated, changed and re-formed as a result of this effect. With the arrangements made, there are some rights offered within the framework of social policy for refugees in our country. While these rights are in the form of health, education, work, social assistance and services, obligations include issues that concern every citizen such as marriage and divorce. When evaluated in this context, Turkey has become a transit country for Syrian refugees. In this context, Turkey has helped Syrian refugees in many humanitarian issues. At this point, studies are also carried out on vocational training. If we look at the occupational structures of the immigrants living in Bursa, it is seen that there are many different occupational structures. It is thought that in the courses to be opened from now on, especially the vocational competencies of the participants, the vocational training they receive, the level of language proficiency will increase the success of the current projects and contribute positively to employment. Teaching and raising awareness of the professions of Syrian refugees who have professions will both lead to the purpose of the course and ensure that the trainee attends the right vocational course. This will naturally contribute positively to employment
