Abstract (EN)
İn this study, tribotesting devices designed and produced in pin on disk and receiprocator models allow us to measure friction coefficient continually during experiments. Normal load can be sensitively regulated between 0-500 N. and digitally monitorized. Slide speed can also extensively be changed. In every step of the experiment, parallel alignment of the surfaces to each other can be provided. If ceramic carbide ball or pins are used instead of pin, wear lost of samples can be continually measured during experiments to the degree of micron. In tribotest devices all parameters can be controlled with the aid of computer. Friction force and normal force can be measured sensitively by getting digital informations transferred computer. Friction coefficient-friction way/time can be recorded and obtained graphically by computer program suitable for tribotest. In tribotest devices, friction-wear experiments have been carried out on samples having different properties in these experiments, it has been provided that devices can produce healthy and reproducible tribotests. Results of experiment obtained were parallel to corresponding literature.
