Abstract (EN)
The aim of this studywas to evaluate different suckling regime on growth performances of kids that of fed by different way of roughaghe and concentrate feeds under Çukurova subtropical climate conditions at Dairy Research Farm odf Agricultural University of Cukurova. The kids were kept with their mother upto 1 month old. The first group were kept together with their mother and the concentrate and roughaghe were given separately from 2nd week of gestation. Second group kids were kept together with their mother as well and they were fed only concentrate feed from 2nd weeks of the gestation. Both groups were weaned at 2 months old. Feed consumption and live weights were collected individually for every 15 days. At the end of this study, it has been observed that performance of male kids were higher than females. Daily live weights of 1st and 2nd groups were 243.5 g/day while 266.50 g/day for second group. And it could be recommended that for rise up rantability of farms the concentrate using in growing kids is useful way .
