Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of liquid seaweed fertilizer on barley growth and some microbiological properties in the rhizosphere under salt stress conditions. The experiment was carried out in the greenhouse. Commercially available seaweed fertilizer was used in the experiment. Liquid seaweed fertilizer was applied to the soils in four doses (0, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1% and 2%) at planting. Salt was applied in 3 doses (0 mM, 75 mM and 150 mM) was applied. Plants were harvested 12 weeks after planting. Some soil biological properties such as barley plant height, green parts and root fresh and dry weights, root length, chlorophyll contents of leaves, rhizosphere β-glucosidase and alkaline phosphatase enzyme activities were investigated. The difference between the obtained data and the applications was revealed by statistical analysis.
