Abstract (EN)
In order to survive, companies must provide a competitive advantage over their competitors. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to establish faster, more efficient and more successful systems. At this point, human resources management and performance evaluation system gained importance. Performance evaluation system is an effective tool in the success of the company that supports the motivation of the employees in a fair, systematic and measurable way while determining the targets in line with the vision of the enterprises and achieving these targets with the participation of the employees. This system is also important in terms of remuneration, employee development, provision of training plans and providing the output that will form the basis for other HR functions. In this study; In the logistics sector, business objectives were determined on the basis of sales and marketing department, performance evaluation criteria were determined and weighted with Swara method which is a Multi Criteria Decision Making method. Then, performance values are listed for the personnel of a business sales department in the logistic sector with the Waspas method.
