Examining of T.B.M.M. 20th period, i. legislation year general meeting official reports in the context of logic

There are fallacies of form, content and others in relation to logic fallacies. In our study we gave examples to other fallacies and content instead of form fallacies. Context errors are divided into two parts as language and meaning. We met ambiguity, division and form of expression fallacies in the content of language fallacies. Among these form of expression fallacies overbear. Within of meaning fallacies, ignoratio elenchi, beginning the question (petito principii), consequent, non cause pro cause like with fallacies we mostly encountered. Also there were the other kinds of fallacies such as argumentum ad ignoratiam, diversion, taking the subject in a large content by exceeding it, abusing humor, pettifogging, argumentum ad misericordiam, fallacies of danger, obfuscation, confident manner, prestige jargon, repeated assertion, cliché thinking, rationalizing, special pleading, hypothesis contrary to fact, contradictory, being out of subject like paradox assumptions and invented evidence fallacies.
