Abstract (EN)
In our study, it is aimed to reveal the views of the people of the book inTaberi's Tafsir of Taberi which is called traditional and Mawdudi's Tefhimu'l Kur'an which is considered as the modern period commentary. In our study after giving basicinformation about Judaism and Christianity, verses related to the subjects to be discussed were determined, important concepts were based on them and the comments and evaluations of our commentators were presented. In addition, the opinions of other commentators are included where necessary. The similarities and differences have been tried to be revealed by giving quotations and information from the sacred texts of the people of the book.
