Abstract (EN)
daha sonra In this thesis, three methods were developed: evaluation of the stability of the drug substance, preconcentration of trace elements in drug tablets by magnetic solid phase method, and preconcentration of the drug substance from tablet form by hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent liquid-liquid extraction technique. In the first part, the UPLC method of the active ingredient Favipiravir, which was used in the treatment of COVID19 disease caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus that emerged in China at the end of 2019, was created and the method validation was done with the LC-MS/MS technique. The stability of favipiravir under forced conditions was evaluated by LC-MS/MS technique and determined from favipiravir tablet form. In the second part, the method for the preconcentration of Pb(II), Zn(II), Cu(II), Co(II) trace metal ions in drug preparations was developed. In this context, magnetic solid phase Fe3O4 (Fe3O4-8HQ MNPs) coated with 8-hydroxyquinoline as adsorbent was synthesized and characterization studies were performed with FT-IR, SEM, VSM and TGA techniques, method parameters were optimized with FAAS technique. After optimization of the extraction method, analyzes were determined by MIS-FAAS. The developed method was applied to drug, wastewater and composite material samples. In addition, the method was applied to the CRM solution and the results obtained with MIS-FAAS were compared with the results obtained with the ICP-MS technique. .In the third part, Methyldopa active ingredient in the centrally acting antihypertensives drug group used in the treatment of high blood pressure was precocentrated by hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent (HDES) liquid-liquid microextraction and determined by HPLC-UV technique. In this context, first of all, the HPLC-UV method of the active substance was created and the method was validated. A menthol-butanol solvent mixture was used as the hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent. Menthol-Butanol hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent was characterized by FT-IR. The optimized HDES microextraction method was applied to tablet samples containing methyldopa. The enrichment factor was found to be 44.4 doldurulacaktır
