Effect of communication performance output in team sports

SUMMARY In this study, it had been determined some sports branches (Football, Handball, Volleyball, Basketball) male sportsman who are take part in Turkey First League communication with their trainers, directors and each others effects of the performance output. This research had been constituted two stages. At first stage, a measurement tool was developed to determine the male sportsman, who are take part in Turkey First league, communication with their trainers, directors and each others effects of the performance output. At second stage, after doing validity and reliability study, the measurement tool had been applied 120 male sportsman who are take part in 2003-2004 season in Turkey First Professional Football Super League 2 clubs (Gençlerbirliği Sport Club Professional Football Team n=15, MKE Ankaragücü Sport Club Professional Football Team n=15), in Turkey First Males Handball League 3 clubs (Polis Akademisi ve Koleji Sport Club Handball Team n=12, Çankaya Belediyesi Sport Club Handball Team n=12, Halk Bankası Sport Club Handball Team n=12), in Volleyball League 2 Clubs (Polis Akademisi ve Koleji Sport Club Volleyball Team n=12, Çankaya Belediyesi Sport Club Volleyball Team n=12), in Basketball League 3 Clubs (Türk Telekom Sport Club Basketball Team n=10, Tuborg Pilsener Sport Club Basketball Team n=T0, Büyük Kolej Sport Club Basketball Team n=10). The obtaining datas were analysed defining and substraction statistic methods. With defining statistic determined the group characteristics with frequency, percentage, average and standart deviation; between the groups difference had been searched with T test and F test. According to research results; research group had examined concerning age, education and how many years to do this sport and taking care of branches average don't effect on communication and performance too much. The Sportsmans' communications' with trainers, directors and each others had determined effect great degree. The Sportsmans had found their trainers sufficient. The sportsmans' communications each others had determined negativeness. The Sportsmans' communications with their directors had seen pleasure and there hadn't any problem between them.
