Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the subject of distances in Euclidean and Taxi spaces has been examined. In Euclidean and Taxi spaces, the distance between two points, the distance between a point and a plane, and the distance of a point from a given line are given as basic concepts in two and three dimensional spaces. In addition, the Taxicab distance from a given point to a Taxicab circle and the Taxicab distance from a given point to a Taxicab hypersphere in three dimensional spaces are also examined and illustrated with examples. The Taxicab hypersphere is defined in multidimensional space. The number of vertices and edges and various properties are also given.
