Abstract (EN)
In today's Industry, the products are manufactured with different production methods have certain critical characteristics according to their intended use. It is important to determine these critical characteristics and in order to make a design plan before production so that the final product can be used in accordance with its purpose. It provides direct input to how accurately the product designed in three-dimensional environment will be produced in practice, thanks to the evaluation of the manufacturability of the product at the design stage and the detailed analysis of the effects of error types. In particular, it is expected to maintain its stability during the movement of moving objects, to use its energy sparingly, and to distribute its mass homogeneously throughout its body. It is important for the end user to verify that the location of the center of mass is the same as the position determined at the design stage and the product after production, and to make the dynamic tests according to the data in the design and to qualify the product. Flying objects have the disadvantage of not having a connection with the ground. In order to maintain balance, especially when aircraft and missiles are cruising in the air, the flight engine must work in coordination with the wings. Since products are produced with a cost-effective approach in today's world, it is aimed to keep the energy consumption at an optimum level by calculating the position of the center of mass well, and thus to increase the flight range. With the Center of Mass Measurement Equipment to be designed within the scope of this study, it will be ensured that the axial and radial centers of mass of the missiles are at the theoretically determined dimensions and verified after production. The Center of Mass Measurement Equipment was designed using a 3D design program and it was aimed to provide benefit to the end user by making the necessary static analyzes in the computer environment. The design and analysis stages will be explained in detail, and the competencies of the Center of Mass Measurement Equipment will be determined and presented with this study.
