Abstract (EN)

In this study, +ki morphem used Turkish language from the first periods that we can follow with written documents and still that used today are investigated. The study consists texts of both historical (Orkhon Turkic, Uighur, Karakhan Turkish, Khwarezm-Golden Horde Turkish, Chagatai, Old Anatolian Turkish) and contemporary Turkish written languages (Azerbaijani Turkish, Tatar Language, Uzbek, Tuvan). Purpose of the study is to determine frequency, function and meaning of the +ki morphem in historical Turkish written languages. The other purpose is to determine the examples of +ki morphem in contemporary Turkish writing languages. The thesis consists of six parts. In introductory part, firstly the problem, the purpose of the research, the precaution and limitations are determined. In the second part, theoretical informations about +ki morpheme are given and the approaches about this morpheme in the field of Turcology are depicted. In the main part of thesis that is analysis (third and fifth parts) words with +ki morpheme are investigated in terms of structure, word type and meaning. In result part of the study words analyzed in structure, word type and meaning are compared in their existing written languages, numerical data is gathered.
