Abstract (EN)

?Power? can be stated as one of the biggest factors affecting the ?reason? and?shape? of the relationship on the basis of the international relations. The states asactors of the international era develop and apply policies in order to be in advantageousposition within the balance system. However the new balance of states and the new typeof relationships have began to evolve after 1815 Vienna Congress and constituted thecolumns of the contemporary international system. The sequence of the common affairsand the groupings of the Vienna Congress System had converted into comprehensiveinternational organizations, powerful regional formations and impartial institutions.The international organizations that experienced the first modern experimentsafter Great War and had became mature in terms of quality and quantity after SecondWorld War covers one aspect of this thesis. The other aspect of this thesis is thehistorical investigation of the stated organizations from Turkey?s perspective. Theformations and the structures of several institutions to which Turkey has related in aperiod of time between 1923 and 1963 and, the causes and effects of Turkey?sparticipation to these organizations will be studied.
