Enzymes wre producted with partialpurification from the strains that showed hihest enzyme activity analysed by theSDS-PAGE. According to this profile of each amylases B22, B23, B27, B28, B31, B41strains exist of two bands that molecular weights are chances in range of 62000-54000Daand 54000-47000Da. These enzymes activities were detected and animal experimentsperformed by productind great deal of enzyme.Consequently at first experiment as from second week the weight of experimentgroup chatched and pass the controls. However at second experiment from the first week thegroup of experiment 1 showed 20-50 grams weght increase also the experiment 2 groupshowed 30-40 grams for each week more than control group.Key Words: Amilase, Selülase, Lipase, SDS-PAGEII
