The discussions on these fixations were evaluated. And in this part, lastly, the reasons why Klazomenai harbour was silted were explained. In the second section, it was tried to explain that how the area, in which excavations would be made, was determined, under water investigations, cleansing activities on the points determined before hand, map studies, under water drawing studies and lastly how the photos had been taken. In the third and fourth sections, besides the drawing studies in the excavation areas were explained in details, the technical peculiarities of these areas were dealt, too. In the fifth section, wall and clamp systems were investigated technically and the wall and clamp systems used in Klazomenai harbour were talked about in detail. And also smilar wall and clamp systems seen in different areas were dealt with. In this section it is suggested that determining date by the investigations of wall and clamp systems only would cause misleading conclusions.
