Procurement agreements

In this study headed as "Procurement Agreement" it is overviewed that legal description of procurement agreement, structure of procurement agreement, resemble or disputes each other with the ther Agreements and the fulfillment restraints which in the cause of dept. It is touched briefly on the conclusion of fulfillment restrains. The study consists of three parts. Under the first heading it is mentioned as comparatively that legal concept of the procurement agreements, subject of the procurement agreements, obligations of the procurement agreements, interpretation of the procurement agreements, different type of the agreements according to law on obligations. Under the second heading it is emphasised that obligations that determine and assume by the parties, the fulfillments and the fulfillment restrains of this obligation within the procurement agrrements. At the third part of the study it briefly mentioned with the fulfillment restrains's results.
