Abstract (EN)

In today's world, with the increasing globalization, a new world order has been entered, consumer awareness has increased, and changes have occurred in demands and needs. In recent years, with the pressures of the government, partners and consumers, businesses have begun to be more sensitive in economic, social and environmental areas and to integrate sustainability into supply chain management processes. The fact that businesses have a sustainable supply chain structure helps to establish long-term cooperation by creating value with their suppliers, partners and customers. Another important issue for businesses that want to be afloat in the global competitive environment is outsourcing. Businesses prefer to use outsourcing to provide materials and services that comply with quality and service standards by cooperating with other specialized enterprises in activities and services other than their main capabilities. The main purpose of this study we have done is to determine the effects of sustainable supply chain management and outsourcing on the performance of businesses. In addition to this purpose, it was examined whether there were differences in the answers given to our questionnaire questions according to the demographic characteristics of the enterprise and the participants. In this study, it has been determined that sustainable supply chain and outsourcing have a positive effect on business performance.
