Abstract (EN)
In today's market conditions, companies are developing different strategies to maintain sustainable competitive advantage under increasing competition conditions. It is very difficult for companies to provide competitive advantage on their own by ignoring their suppliers. Because traditional methods are inadequate, companies turn to collaborative strategies. In this context, we compare the competitive advantages / disadvantages of Traditional Supply Chain structure and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Supply (CPFR) Supply Chain structure to enterprises. In the application part, the electronics sector, which has a high turnover rate and works with many suppliers, is examined. After explaining the transition from Traditional Methods to IPT strategy, performance criteria were examined. Then, it is shown that the change in bull whip effect is reduced with the CPFR strategy, it will provide advantage to all supply chain stakeholders by making improvements in inventory management, and this change in the supply chain strategy leads to a reduction in overtime of employees in the supply chain, thereby increasing performance. Keywords: Supply Chain Management, CPFR, Bull Whip Effect.
