Abstract (EN)
Supplier selection is an important decision in order to increase the performance of supply chains. As a result of the literature review, it is seen that it is an important necessity to consider environmental issues apart from economic decisions in supplier selection. Thanks to scientific studies, press, social media, official and non-governmental organizations, the environmental awareness and global competitiveness of the society have increased significantly. In this context, environmental factors were taken into account in the supplier selection process, which is an important decision point in supply chains. Thus, in addition to the optimization of traditional criteria, green criteria have started to take their place in the supplier selection problem. For this purpose, this doctoral thesis aims to determine supplier selection criteria; then selecting the supplier according to the determined criteria; The green criteria in the criteria; It proposes to develop a methodology to evaluate its impact on other specified criteria and supplier selection. Fuzzy DEMATEL, Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy VIKOR methods are used to determine supplier selection criteria and supplier selection methods. As a result of the studies carried out, "Price" and "Quality" criteria are the two most important criteria for supplier selection in the food sector in Turkey; it is seen that the criterion of "environment" is the least important criterion.
