Abstract (EN)
Single Chip Microcomputer Application Single chip microcomputers are special integrated circuits which are used extensively in intelligent controller units. HD63P01M1 CMOS 8-bit single chip microcomputer is used in this thesis. Programs are written by cross assembler for 6301 series. Also cross assembler is explained in thesis. HD63P01M1 single chip microcomputer includes Central Processing Unit (CPU), random access memory (RAM), timer and serial communication interface. In addition, there is an EPROM which has his socket on package of this microcomputer. They do not use much power being produced in CMOS technology. Besides there are several low consumption mode also.
