Abstract (EN)
Today, the rapid and striking developments in science and technology cause some necessary changes in our educational system. There has been Technology and Designing class in our primary schools instead of Technical class since 2006-2007 educational year. The objectives of Technology and Designing lesson are, to make students more creative and imaginative, help them satisfy the needs of future generations and be aware of the problems of their age, encourage them to find solutions to these problems so that they can have a more comfortable life. These students can express their feelings easily. They can also search about the new developments and the changes of their age. This program helps to make students more responsible. This program consists of three parts which are taught in 6th, 7th and 8th grades. These are ?planning?, ?making? and ?production?. The program is based on activities which are continued in each grade. The objective of this research is to find new activities which support these parts. So, the students can have the opportunity to improve their self confidence and to look from different point of views. The most important objective of this research is to encourage students to be more creative.Key Words: Activities at technology and designing, Technical class
