Relationship between technological development and recruitment strategies

When examined through this perspective, it can be asserted that technology has a crucial impact on production and employment. Especially, there are various opinions regarding its impact on employment. Also, the worries that technology may reduce the necessity for the workforce made it necessary to investigate the relationship between employment and technology. Technological development, when causing unemployment with its one facade, created other fields with another. In this context, it can be stated that, while causing unemployment in one way, technological developments create employment opportunities in another way. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the net impact of technological development on the total employment in our country during the examined periods.
