Abstract (EN)
In the research, the employees graduate from Textile High School was evaluated for vocational adequacy.The environment the research consist of the factory personnels working in 26 weaving factory in central town of K.Maraş. The samples of the research are 150 factory personnels chosen by randomly. A survey technique was used in this research to collect data. The survey was prepared to evaluate the competence of the knowledge, skill and attitude of the employees graduated from Textile High School. The data was analyzed by SPSS packege programme.As a result of the research, it is observed that the graduates they have low adequacy on the vocational mathematics, vocational mechanics and quality control applications. Generally, it is understood that graduates have enough knowledge, skill and attitude. In thıs case, the employees graduated from Textile High School are seen that their own adequacy meets the standards.
