Abstract (EN)

Orientation training is the training that begins on the day employees start work or when they first enter the workforce. Happiness is a common feeling. Providing organizational commitment requires employees to get emotional energy and attention. Because organizational commitment is directly related to motivation and business productivity. It is also an important question that the variables that influence motivation and organizational commitment are of interest to researchers. This problem is also addressed in this study. In the study, relations between Orientation Training, Employee Happiness and Organizational Commitment were analyzed by applying a questionnaire to 350 employees working in two enterprises belonging to a private textile company. The most striking result of this is that most of the employees of a private textile company have little knowledge of Orientation Education. Employees are, in general, tied to knitting, and the organization is of the opinion that it is not a sine qua non for them. In general, the employees in this company are happy. There is no significant relationship between orientation and happiness, while there is a meaningful relationship between positiveness and organizational commitment. However, there was a meaningful relationship between happiness and organizational commitment. Orientation education increases happiness as knowledge increases and as happiness increases, loyalty increases.
