Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT In these days, with informatic tecnology, a rapid change is being lived. However. The organisations and association/ that are ready for change and distinquished in variation could countinue their way. Our a basic education wich is a great impertance in economical, social an culturel development, and the first step of education system, is deficiend in education time an quality. The sccree sourcos aren't being used efficently and effectively ; Wastings can't be preverted with it's present system, our basic education is for from the System and management, wich will provide us to be an information society and which will train the people of 21. Century. In order to provide the efficiency and quality in basic education it's imprative that people who can keep up with the changes around them, who are investigative, who can learn how to learn, who can think properly creative, affective who can attempt, who try society continuasly, who can communicate with others should be raised. The use of T.Q.M,( Total Quality Management ) which is applied successfully in production and service management in basic education organisations can manage to grow up persons who will from the informatic society of the Total Quality Management firstly the present structine and organazitaion of the basic education should be reorganized as it is proper to the applications of TQM and TQM should be Started immediately. The most logical investment is that, which is done on people.
