In this study, "The Issue of Niyâbat in Basic Worships" has been examined and how narratives related to niyâbat evaluated by the fuqaha (jurists) and the approach of the sects to the subject has investigated. It is within the scope of our study that in which circumstances and worships niyâbat is possible. Niyâbet issue which within in scope of our study, it has addressed as sarih (expressing clearly) and isharat (indicated) in main sources. When we examine the works that deals with the life of the Prophet, the life of companions, as well as the application of tabiûn, we see narratives which related with niyâbat. On account of this, developments related to the subject niyâbet which is in worships during the asri-i sa'ada is scrutinized. The main point is that the opinions and assesments of mujtahids (the interpreter of islamic law) on the subject according to four sects and what's the demonstration is that accepted by sects. In the first part of this study which is consists of five chapters, has provided general information about the nature and types of worship; in the second chapter, has discussed the nature and types of niyâbat; in the third chapter, deal with issue of niyâbat; in the fourth chapter, isqat (deprivation) and dawir (taking over) issues has examined due to they are associated with niyâbat. In the conclusion chapter, after evaluation the thought of mujtahids about the niyâbat, expressed the opnion which has emerged.
