Abstract (EN)
In thermal power plants, coal blending processes and paths of belts used to transmit the boiler is very important due to get the maximum efficiency from coal. It is also important , conveyor belts, crushers and mills and projects get the to be constructed in accordance with the values of the collation of blended coal for the right choice. As an example Orhaneli Thermal Power Plant , conveyor belt paths and coal preparation processes were applied before entering the boiler. Conveyor belts, crushers, bunkers and mills of thermal power plant were investigated. Then, the plant needs of coal calculated on a daily basis. Covering on the belt paths and the power plant parking area costs were calculated at $ 5.85 million. Savings of $ 178 million was calculated by park area covering to reduce the humidity of coals in the event of a 10%. Decrease 10% content of humidity was observed that the application amortize its cost by about 1 year. Humidity even declined by 2%, the application amortize its cost by about 5 year. Therefore, the necessity of closing the belt paths and parking area have been revealed.
