Abstract (EN)

The use of polymer materials in the world and in our country has increased in recent years. One of the most commonly used polymer materials is polyethylene. Polyethylene materials have a wide range of use such as household goods, automotive, industrial products. Today, high competition in the industry, especially in the white goods sector, requires a good examination of the materials in terms of engineering approach and material selection, performance, strength and control of prices. For this purpose, it is very important to use materials that are inexpensive but can achieve the desired performance. In this study, particle additive polymer composites which cheap in terms of both production and material cost and have high performance characteristics were produced. Also their material characterizations were improved compared to pure polymer. In this study, the thermoplastic polymer is powdered. It is aimed to mix homogeneously with zinc oxide and calcium carbonate additives without extruder. Tensile and bending test specimens were produced in accordance with ASTM standards by using the injection device. Mechanical properties of the three-point bending and tensile tests, thermal properties were examined by DMA and DSC analysis. In addition, particle distribution was investigated using SEM technique.
