Abstract (EN)

Recently, addtivive manufacturing techniques are devoloping and lower the design and production costs and time. Researchers are focusing on additive manufacturing techniques due opportunities additive manufacturing techniques present. In this thesis, a new 3D printer has been studied to produce piezocomposite sensors based on thermoplastic granules. Fused deposition modeling tecqnique based 3D printer and modular granule extruder were designed and prototype were produced. Prototype extruder was calibrated to print polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) which has piezoelectric properties after poling process.
