Abstract (EN)

The TiO2 nanotubes (NTs) on the Ti foil were produced by one-step (1S) and two-step (2S) anodization technique. Effects of various anodization potentials and times on the growth of TiO2-NTs were investigated by using FE-SEM. Ag was loaded on the surface of TiO2-NTs obtained at the optimum anodization potential and time (21V and 4 h) using electrodeposition method at various deposition times. The morphology, composition and crystal structure of Ag doped TiO2-NTs were determined by FE-SEM, EDX and X-ray XRD. Poly (3-Hexylthiophene) (P3HT), polyindole (PIn) homopolymers and copolymers synthesized by combining in different molar ratios of 3-hexylthiophene (3HT) and indole (In) monomers were spun coated on the surface of Ag-TiO2-NTs. The morphology and structure of homopolymers and copolymers synthesized by oxidative polymerization with FeCl3 were characterized using NMR, FT-IR, SEM, XRD, TGA/DTA and optical properties of homopolymers and copolymers were investigated using Uv-Vis technique. The electrochemical behaviors of the obtained electrodes were examined in acetonitrile electrolyte contained I¯ /I3¯. In order to evaluate effect of the modifications on the flat band potential (EFB) and the charge carrier density (ND) of TiO2-NTs, Mott-Schottky analysis was carried out.
