Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effect of two tiadiazole derivative containing Schiff base and its metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of Lipid peroxidation, antioxidant vitamins A, E, C levels in serum of rats which is injected subcutaneously and antitumour activity in cell culture media were investigated.In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that MDA, Vitamins A, E and C concentrations were not statistically changed. But, cell viability experiments show that all compounds have considerable antitumour activity.
