Abstract (EN)
This research focuses on the relationship between theater actors' Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Traits, dispositional flow state and subjective career success. For this purpose, Demographic Form, Borderline Scale, Narcissistic Personality Inventory, Dispositional Flow State-2 Scale, Subjective Career Success Scale were applied to 200 participants selected from Istanbul State Theater and the data were analyzed in SPSS 25.0 program. At the beginning of the research, hypotheses were established that the relationships between the variables mentioned above would be significant. As a result of the study, a meaningful relationship was found between narcissistic personality traits and subjective career success, dispositional flow state and subjective career success. Also, there was found statistically significant difference between marital status variable and borderline personality traits. There weren't found significant differences between borderline and narcissistic personality traits, dispositional flow state, subjective career success and age, gender, educational status, parental status and personal living environment variables. There wasn't found significant difference between narcissistic personality traits, dispositional flow state and subjective career success and marital status variable. Results were discussed in literature review context.
