Abstract (EN)

In this research, in which level the job satisfaction of teachers becomes different according to success factor in total quality applications has been tried to expose.In the research, primary and secondary government schools are the application area. These schools are divided into two groups according to success of total quality applications. The successful schools are the schools that got top degrees in school/institution categories in the rewarding process of MEB total quality applications. The other group of schools consists of the schools which don?t have any degree. The universe of the research is the teachers in primary and secondary government schools in Ankara.A questionnaire has been applied to the teachers in primary and secondary government schools in this research. In which level the job satisfaction of teachers becomes different according to success factor in total quality applications has been determined by means of obtained data. The level of differentiation has been analyzed by using frequency analyze and t-test. The level of significance was taken as 0,5.As a result of the research, it has been determined that job satisfaction level of teachers becomes different according to success factor in total quality applications.Key words: Total Quality Applications, Job Satisfaction of Teachers
