IBRAEV, Ramis. Total Quality Management and Its Application in Companies of Kyrgyzstan, Master Thesis, Ankara, 2007.There are some developments in management parallel to the changes in the world. The values and principles of traditional management are losing their importance. Today the philosophy of new management named TQM is increasingly being adopted and applied in all organizations all over the world. The firms applying TQM are more successful and demonstrate improvements in performance.
