Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, we examine the relationship between the Total Quality Management workshopsand the school?s success. According to this, the effects of the Works of the Total QualityManagement teams? on the success of the school will be examined, in the frame of ?TheQuality Campaign? started in 1999 by Ministry of National Education of Turkish Republic. Inthis thesis Büyükçekmece Akçansa Fatih Sultan Mehmet Primary Education School and theworks done by the Total Quality Management teams of this school has been examined as thesample and the average success of the students in the periods 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 wereused as the evidence.
